Police have confirmed that a pedestrian in her 70's has died following a collision on North Park Road in Harrogate yesterday.

The woman was struck by a grey BMW 3-Series just before 4:10pm. She was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital with serious injuries. She later passed away. Her family have been informed and officers are still seeking witnesses of the incident. A police spokesperson said:
"Officers are renewing the appeal for information and are asking anyone with information or footage who hasn’t already come forward to contact the police.
