North Yorkshire Council and Rascals Entertainment are hosting two more free pop up parties in the Harrogate district this summer.
When is the next free pop up party in the Harrogate district? Two more free pop up parties will be held in the Harrogate district during the summer holidays. Organised by North Yorkshire Council, the events have been a huge hit with families looking to entertain the kids during the summer holidays. When and where? Free pop up parties will be held in popular parks in both Knaresborough and Ripon during the school summer holidays. On Wednesday 16th August, North Yorkshire Council and Rascals Entertainment will be teaming up again for another free party in the grounds of Knaresborough Castle.
