A video of an entertainment group in Harrogate town centre has gone viral, with locals joking that 'riots' have come to North Yorkshire.
The group, known as 'Team BGee', were filmed dancing and singing along to 'Islands in the Stream' on Saturday (3rd August).
The video was shared by Twitter (X) user Dan Wood - and has been seen 1.7 million times.
The group were commissioned by Harrogate BID in support of Team GB at the 2024 Olympics.
Dan jokingly wrote:
"Riots in Harrogate now, this was from 3 hours ago, 3 of them terrorising us locals...
"It's getting out of hand, we need to stop this!"

One Twitter user replied:
