Two previous contestants of culinary tv shows will guest chef at Sykes House Farm Butchers in Wetherby.
The culinary pair, The Epicurean Duo have been announced as the next guest chefs to take over Method, the intimate onsite dining space at Sykes House Farm, as part of the farm’s exclusive Guest Chef Night series.
Taking place on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th July, this two-night-only event will see just 24 guests per evening enjoy an immersive 8-course tasting menu, each dish inspired by the world-class produce of Sykes House Farm, one of the country’s most respected butchery and meat suppliers.
The Epicurean Duo was formed by MasterChef: The Professionals 2024 Finalist, George Birtwell, and Great British Menu 2024 competitor, Samira Effa.
George honed his skills as Senior Sous Chef at Tommy Banks’ Michelin-starred The Black Swan at Oldstead, while Samira brings over 17 years of industry experience, including her latest tenure as Head Chef at Grantley Hall’s Bar & Restaurant EightyEight.
Samira Effa shared:
"We’re thrilled to be cooking at Method.
