A Ripon restaurant has been awarded three AA Rosettes at this year's prestigious AA Hospitality Awards.
The Old Deanery was presented with the award on Monday (23rd September) at a glamorous event in London.
Every year, the AA Rated Trips celebrate the best hotels and restaurants in the UK, before a list of businesses are given Rosettes for exceptional hospitality and food.
According to AA, Rosette restaurants are “outstanding restaurants that achieve standards that demand national recognition well beyond their local area.”
A small team from The Old Deanery made the trip south to receive the award following a visit from AA inspectors.
A spokesperson said:
“We rebranded The Old Deanery as a restaurant with rooms almost a year ago, reopening from 10th November 2023, so to have achieved this less than a year later makes all off our hard work worthwhile.”
The Old Deanery, located near Ripon Cathedral, is a Jacobean mansion that opened its doors as an exclusive dining experience last winter, with renowned chef Adam Jackson at the helm.
