Supporting Older People (SOP) has announced the return of its much-loved Summer Ball.
The event will take place on Saturday 6th June at the elegant Cedar Court Hotel from 7pm.
The Supporting Older People Summer Ball brings together members of the community for an evening of “celebration, connection and purpose.”
It plays a vital role in raising funds to support SOP’s ongoing mission to combat loneliness and isolation among older people across Harrogate and Knaresborough.
Funds raised during the evening will directly support befriending services and a range of engaging activities designed to enhance wellbeing, foster companionship, and improve quality of life for older members of the community.
Guests can look forward to a memorable evening filled with laughter, entertainment, and the joy of togetherness, an event that continues to make a meaningful difference year after year.
Supporting Older People expressed their gratitude for this year’s headline sponsor, Vida Healthcare.
"We cannot thank them enough for their generosity and support.”
Vida Care also shared their enthusiasm for continuing their support.
A Vida spokesperson said:
“We are delighted to be sponsoring SOP's Summer Ball again this year.
“We love giving back to our community and supporting such an inspiring charity.”
