Children and families at Martin House Children's Hospice enjoyed have another 'Supercar Day' thanks to Redline Specialist Cars.
The event returned to the Boston Spa hospice yesterday (Wednesday), with children given the opportunity to ride in one of two Lamborghinis, an Aston Martin and a Mercedes-Benz.
Supercar Day is a regular event in the charity’s calendar and has been taking place for more than ten years.
Annabel Riley, Events Fundraiser at Martin House, said:
“Redline Specialist Cars bring four gorgeous supercars and it’s something that the children at the hospice don’t get to experience often if at all.
“They can go in for a ride, they get driven round Boston Spa with their siblings and their families.
"It’s about giving them that once in a lifetime experience in a car that they would not be able to ride in otherwise.”

Annabel added:
“We’re really grateful to Redline who does this for us once a year, and we’ve got some fabulous sponsors who have donated money to be able to put this on today.”
John Graeme, Director at Redline Specialist Cars, said:
“We turn up with three or four cars, take the kids and their families out and give them a good drive around to entertain them for the day.
“It’s a fantastic occasion for all the family and we get a lot out of it as well.”
