Harrogate Theatre is on the lookout for chorus dancers ahead of its annual Christmas pantomime.
This year’s production of Jack and the Beanstalk will run from Wednesday 26th November until 18th January 2026.
And the theatre is looking for chorus dancers, with auditions set to take place next week.
Youngsters of all gender identities who will be in school years 8-12 in September are invited to apply.
A spokesperson for Harrogate Theatre said:
“Being part of the Harrogate’s favourite festive celebration is a wonderful experience and it is lots of fun but does require a serious commitment from you and your family.
“Whilst we are unable to offer any payment to pantomime dancers, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a professional performing company and to learn about the commitment and skill required to be a performer.”
Dancers will be required to take time off school and are asked to check this won’t be a problem before auditioning.
The production’s choreographer and creative team will be holding a workshop audition on Saturday 6th September from 1.30pm-4pm at Harrogate Wesley Chapel.
