Rudy's pizza restaurant to open in Harrogate next weekend

Rudy's is opening on John Street in Harrogate.

Rudy's Pizza Napoletana has announced it will be opening the doors of its much-anticipated Harrogate restaurant next weekend.

On Saturday 11th April, Rudy’s will bring its fan-favourite true Neapolitan pizza to the new John Street restaurant - and bookings for Rudy’s Harrogate are now open.

The new pizzeria will open in the 2,800-square-foot unit, the former Banyan Bar and Restaurant, with approximately 120 covers in the pizzeria and 35 covers outside.

In anticipation of the opening, thousands of local pizza lovers have already secured themselves a free pizza through the Rudy’s Pizza on Us giveaway, which sees 3,000 free pizzas given to Rudy’s fans who sign up via the Rudy’s website.

The Harrogate pizzeria will also be hosting a dedicated charity evening on April 11th in partnership with the Harrogate Homeless Project.

Profits from this event will go directly to the charity’s work preventing homelessness and supporting those affected to move towards independent living.

Since launching in 2015, Rudy’s has grown from one base in Manchester to 36 pizzerias nationwide including restaurants in nearby York, central Leeds and Chapel Allerton, North Leeds.

The Harrogate pizzeria will be its second opening this year, with more plans in the pipeline for the rest of 2026.
