Roaming street entertainment is set to return to Harrogate this weekend.
Providing entertainment, wit and comedy for a series of weekends over the summer, the actors are ready to bring their performance back to Harrogate this Saturday (2nd August).
It’s been fully funded by Harrogate BID, who said they are “delighted” to work alongside MarkMark productions again.
Bethany Allen, Operations and Projects Executive at the BID, said:
“We can’t wait for the marvellous MarkMark team to bring an exciting into our town for another summer!
“Not only that, they will be bringing their positive vibes at more key times of the year including Halloween and Christmas.
“Keep an eye out around town over the coming weekends and you’ll see the actors in their dazzling costumes. Make sure you stop and say hello!”
One of the street entertainment performances gathered more than 1.7 million views across social media platforms as the ‘Team BGee’ danced and sung along to classics including ‘Tragedy’ and ‘Night Fever’, interacting with members of the public and getting them involved with the show.

Other performances in 2024 features lost explorers venturing to discover more about Harrogate, the ‘Los Skankos’ twins sharing their comedic one liners,’Trick and Treat’ bringing their Halloween magic to Harrogate and the ‘National Elf Service’ spreading the Christmas cheer across the town centre.
