Children in the Harrogate district are being given the chance to make the most of their school holidays with the return of a popular summer activity camp.
Sporting Influence will be hosting 7 weeks of activities at Ashville College from Monday 14th July until Friday 29th August.
Ashville’s facilities allow for various activities including swimming, yoga and dance, alongside the popular sports such as football, cricket, netball, bench ball, rounders and more.
The camps also include martial arts, gymnastics, board games and a chill out zone for quieter play.
David Moss, Director of Sporting Influence, said:
“We firmly believe that teaching sport correctly gives children the best chance in school to develop a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle and the potential to move into secondary school with those important social skills.
“Our drive to develop well rounded and healthy children is at the core of everything that we do, in every lesson, after-school club, competition or day at our holiday camps.”
Sporting Influence is also set to host a camp in Ripon for one week only, starting on 28th July.
The camp, which is being held at Moorside Primary School, will include a new inflatable obstacles course, nerf wars and more.
