Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a minor collision on the A1(M) on Friday (8th August).
It happened at around 4pm on the southbound carriageway, prior to junction 48 at Boroughbridge.
The incident involved at least three vehicles. Police have identified a white Ford Transit, a black MG, and a black Nissan.
There were minor injuries including cuts and bruises to drivers and passengers involved.
A police spokesperson said:
“The road was closed for a short time, while we investigated the scene and to allow the vehicles involved to be recovered.
“We’re appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone who may have seen the vehicles prior to the collision, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact us.
