Harrogate Town is delighted to announce their new PIB Insurance stand is now officially open after several months of hard work going on behind the scenes. This is a brand new stand which allows the club to host a record away following while also improving the terracing options available to visitors. Following the successful sign off, they are pleased to confirm this stand will be in use for the first time tonight as Harrogate take on Wrexham. With the launch of this stand, the Club are working with Town supporter Ross Barnitt and the team at PIB Insurance Brokers, part of PIB Group who have signed a deal to be main sponsors of the stand. Commercial Director Jo Towler said:

“Back in the 2015 season I was fortunate to witness Town achieve their highest ever league finish to secure playoffs in the National League North. At the same time PIB was formed with its first two employees. In the years that followed, Town have written their own history with impressive promotions to The National League and then the Football League. PIB have grown to more than 4,000 employees across eight countries. Our shared commitment to supporting local communities and shared passion for excellence makes us very proud to partner with Harrogate Town at this exciting time in their history.”Town will kick off against high-flying Wrexham in league two, with their biggest crowd of the season, and possibly ever, forecast. Wrexham co-chairmen, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have not confirmed their attendance.
