Police have arrested a man in his 70's following a series of indecent exposure incidents in the Ripon area.
The arrest comes after the force launched a CCTV appeal last night (Thursday) and asked the public to assist with enquiries.
A police spokesperson said:
“We understand people’s concern following our earlier appeal; however, we ask the public not to speculate or discuss details on social media, as this could interfere with our ongoing investigation.”
Officers have thanked residents who shared the appeal that led to the arrest.
