Police have made an arrest and are requesting more information following a collision on the A658 near Leathley.
It happened at 3:30pm on Tuesday 21st April, and involved a white Ford Transit flatbed and a dark-coloured Kia.
The driver of the Kia was taken to hospital and treated for serious - but not life-threatening - injuries.
A man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing serious injury by careless driving.
He has been released under investigation whilst enquiries continue.
A police spokesperson said:
“We’re appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone who may have seen the white Ford Transit prior to the collision as it travelled towards Pool on the A658, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact us.
