Luxury Ripon hotel Grantley Hall has won Best Spa Hotel – UK at The Global Spa Awards by The Luxury Spa Edit™ 2026.
The accolade is awarded as part of a global programme recognising standout destinations in the luxury spa and wellness sector.
Organisers say winners are selected based on the expertise of leading spa and wellness professionals from around the world, alongside feedback from guests who have visited and experienced the facilities first-hand.

The awards are regarded as among the most prestigious in the industry, celebrating excellence, innovation and service across international spa destinations.
A spokesperson for Grantley Hall said:
“We're so proud of this accolade, based on both the expertise of the world's leading spa and wellness experts, and also the opinions of guests that have visited first-hand.
“These awards, distributed to the best spas across the world, are recognised as one of the most prestigious and authentic honours in the luxury spa and wellness industry, so it's a fantastic achievement by our exceptional team.”
Central to the award win is the hotel’s Three Graces Spa, which includes an indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, outdoor vitality pool, sauna, steam room and a Himalayan salt therapy room.
Its snow room – designed to complement heat-based treatments and aid muscle recovery – remains one of the spa’s most distinctive features.
