Fire crews were called to a large-scale fire at The Cricketers Pub in Knaresborough in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday).
Crews from Knaresborough, Harrogate, Acomb, Tadcaster, Ripon and Wetherby responded to reports of a fire at the Calcutt pub at around 4am.
Emergency services are still in attendance.
A spokesperson for Knaresborough Town Council said:
“Our thoughts are with all those affected, and the emergency services who have been responding to the fire.
“Please allow plenty of time and pick your route when out and about on the roads this morning as the fire may cause disruption.”
Anyone affected by the fire and in need of additional support is advised to contact Cllr James Pickard at Knaresborough Town Council by emailing james.pickard@knaresboroughtowncouncil.gov.uk.
