A team of property professionals has taken on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for a Yorkshire children's charity.
Dacre, Son & Hartley joined forces with iamproperty, Kempston Parkes Chartered Surveyors and Mortgage Advice Bureau for the challenge on Thursday 17th September.
The group tackled the demanding route across Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in aid of The Principle Trust Children’s Charity.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge covers around 24 miles and includes more than 1,500 metres of ascent, making it one of the area’s best-known endurance challenges.
Rebecca Reeves from Dacre, Son & Hartley, said:
“We worked with the charity last year and saw first-hand what a difference their work can make to children and families. The event was such a success that we were keen to build on that momentum and do something even bigger this year.
"It’s a tough challenge but knowing every step the team took was helping raise money to support children and families across Yorkshire facing adversity kept morale high.”

Money raised from the event will support The Principle Trust, which is based in Skipton and provides free respite breaks for disadvantaged, disabled and poorly children and their families.
Founded in 2011, the charity works with families across Yorkshire, providing opportunities to escape their everyday circumstances and spend valuable time together.
Dacre, Son & Hartley has a strong local presence, with offices across Yorkshire including Skipton, Ilkley and surrounding areas.
The Three Peaks challenge formed part of the businesses’ efforts to raise vital funds and awareness for The Principle Trust and the families it supports.
