A Knaresborough businesswoman has been named Holistic Health Practitioner of the Year at the Yorkshire Prestige Awards.
Clare Temple is the founder and owner of SIX STEPS Transform and has been helping Knaresborians with their health and happiness since 2002.
Many of the clients Clare works with will have exhausted traditional avenues to try and find the reasons for their ill health.
The SIX STEPS Group Coaching program offers comprehensive support for all-round health in perimenopause, in a community of like-minded women.
The program gives clients access to all the resources and information they need in one place, including LIVE workshops and recordings. It also offers support, community, individual attention, and a road map for how to navigate and overcome individual health needs.
