Harrogate BID welcomed national judges to see the town's entry for this year's 2023 RHS Britain in Bloom UK Finals.
Judges for national floral competition arrive in Harrogate Harrogate BID has welcomed judges for a national floral competition as it hopes to be crowned the winner of this year’s 2023 RHS Britain in Bloom UK. The organisation’s Harrogate Floral Summer of Celebration campaign has seen the town named as a finalist in the ‘Town Centres and City Centres’ category. The BID welcomed judges alongside local florist Helen James to see stunning displays around town that include a giant Buddha and a floral musical wall. Harrogate’s Floral Summer of Celebration event will be running across the town centre until Friday 4th August. Harrogate BID Manager Matthew Chapman said:
“We are proud to be recognised as a finalist for the Britain in Bloom UK finals. "The Harrogate Floral Summer of Celebration features unique, vibrant and eye-catching floral displays, each telling a story of how international relations have flourished to bring together the very best of our respective cultures. "From a giant Buddha to a floral musical wall, there are plenty of exciting things to see and experience!”The 2023 RHS Britain in Bloom UK Finals will be held in October.
