Hugely Successful Debut For Great Holiday Home Show Thousands of consumers and trade delegates poured into the Great Holiday Home Show in Harrogate this week after two hugely successful dedicated shows came to the venue for the first time this month. Brand new launches were showcased from some of the industry’s most prestigious motorhome, caravan and holiday home manufacturers with 2024 models exclusively unveiled for the first time. The event was the largest outdoor holiday home show in the UK which came to the Great Yorkshire Showground in Harrogate after a 44-year run in Hull at The Lawns. Richard Jones Show Chairman said:
“We have had an incredible six days, with three for public and three for trade and both shows have been tremendously successful for the industry. This is the first time we have been able to come together for the show in four years due to covid and it’s been a real tonic to be able to meet face-to-face once again and to expand the show further to really showcase the latest ranges across all brands. “The trade show has brought together manufacturers and holiday parks throughout the UK who are looking for the latest models to install in their sites. The Great Yorkshire Showground has been a truly stunning setting to host the show while Harrogate has been a superb host town destination where thousands of visitors and staff have been staying throughout the week.”The public show from Friday to Sunday included celebrity chat shows, cookery demos and E-Bike demonstrations in Hall 1 of the Yorkshire Event Centre, while Hall 2 was transformed into Leisure World Shopping Village, selling camping and outdoor accessories. From Tuesday to Thursday, there were seminars with guest speakers as well as corporate hospitality throughout the site and the chance for the trade to network. Profit from the show was given to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Charity For more information please contact: PR Manager Jo Francisco: 07954 007414 or jof@yas.co.uk Read more local stories from Your Harrogate here.
