Lioness legend Rachel Daly has launched a new women's football podcast alongside close friend Millie Bright.
The pair are co-presenting Goalhanger’s ‘The Rest Is Football: Daly Brightness’, a new podcast that will bring “unmatched access and analysis” of the game, both on and off the pitch.
New episodes will launch every Tuesday and Thursday, with debates, off-the-cuff stories, big-name guests and a Q&A episode.
Harrogate-born Rachel and former Lioness teammate Millie Bright have been close friends off the pitch for a number of years.
Millie said:
“Starting a podcast with my best friend is unreal. Every day, Rachel and I live and breathe football and make each other laugh.
“We want to bring those together on the show, along with proper behind-the-scenes insights. We can’t wait to get started.”

Rachel Daly added:
“Me and Millie never stop talking, so this show has been a long time coming.
“The women’s game has changed so much since we started playing – from the big conversations to the hilarious moments, there’s so much to get into.”
Gary Lineker, co-founder of Goalhanger, said:
“Millie and Rachel aren’t just top-class players — they’re brilliant behind the mic as well.
“We’re chuffed to have them on board for a show we know fans are going to love.
“With their experience, sharp understanding of the game, and great sense of humour, The Rest Is Football: Daly Brightness is set to be a cracking listen — full of insight, heart, and plenty of banter.”
The Rest Is Football: Daly Brightness will be available on all podcast platforms and YouTube from tomorrow (Tuesday 15th April).
