A group of knitters at a Harrogate care home have raised £260 for charity.
Members of ‘Lynn's Knit-N-Natter’ group at Harrogate Neighbours knitted and sold Easter egg baskets throughout the Easter period.
And they’ve chosen to donate the proceeds to Children's Air Ambulance Service.

A spokesperson for Harrogate Neighbours said:
“With incredible skill and patience, they knitted numerous multi-coloured baskets that were fun and cute and carried joy to all the families that bought them.
“Well done Knitters - what a worthy cause you have helped!
“The cheque will go to Children's Air Ambulance Service for their vital work transporting children to vital medical services across the UK.”
