Harrogate District Hospital has announced its offer of a drop-in clinic for smear tests next week.
For a limited time the hospital is offering the clinics on selected days.
The offer follows them aiming to tackle the number of women unable to attend smear test appointments.
According to the NHS, 1 in 5 women and people with a cervix who work, say they aren't able to get an appointment they can attend due to commitments.
The drop-in clinic will be held on:
Monday 17th June- 09:00 until 12:30, Outpatients zone 2
Tuesday 18th June- 13:30 until 16:30, Antenatal clinic
Thursday 20th June- 09:00 until 12:30, Outpatients zone 2 / 13:30 until 16:30, Coverdale suite
Friday 21st June- 09:00 until 12:30, Outpatients zone 2/ 13:30 until 16:30, Coverdale Suite
