Four members of the Verity Frearson team will be lacing up their running shoes to take on the Great North Run in aid of St Michael’s Hospice.

Four members of the team will be taking on the famous half marathon on Sunday (10th September). Director, Matthew Stamford, said:
“The Great North Run is one of the most famous (and biggest) half marathons in the world! "This will be my 5th time… although it’s been a few years since I last did it so I’m hoping that there’s life in the old dog yet!"Matthew will be joined by fellow director James Verity, Sales Negotiator Josh Burns and twin brother David. Matthew said:
