Two local entrepreneurs who have been friends for over 30 years have set up a business in support of local Harrogate companies, after spotting a gap in the market.
Win Business Solutions Ltd will provide services to any company in the Harrogate District area in need of support in various aspects of the day-to-day running of their business.
Whether it be event planning and management, business and resource management or administration, they will work with customers to identify their individual needs and develop a bespoke solution.
Founded by Karen Winspear and Jen Winterschladen who have 14 years’ experience in property management and account management respectively, are excited to take this new direction in their career paths.
The services offered by the new company aim to help local firms outsource elements of their business at a reasonable day rate, offering agility, flexibility, and experience at a fraction of the cost.
Jen Winterschladen said:
“Karen and I have been great friends for many years and have had many successful experiences working together over the years on private events and fundraising for schools and charities.
“We have independently thrived throughout our careers and now we look forward to working as one team moving forward.
Karen said:
“Having seen a gap in the market to support small businesses locally, we believe there is opportunity for Win Business Solutions Ltd to help companies on a project-by-project basis alleviating the need and cost for permanent staff."
