Organisers of the Harrogate Food and Drink Festival have confirmed the complete live music and entertainment programme for their seventh annual celebration beside the historic grounds of Ripley Castle.
Taking place on the 22nd-23rd August, ticket holders can anticipate fourteen live performances through the weekend.
An eclectic mix of local soloists, community groups and independent bands are scheduled to take centre stage, while two critically-acclaimed tribute acts headline each evening.
The recently-announced programme further details a diverse selection of brand-new family activities and attractions, including the debut of a fourth live stage.
Saturday 22nd August
Headlining Saturday evening are Fleetwood Shack, an established six-piece ensemble dedicated to celebrating the music of Fleetwood Mac.

Headlining Sunday evening are The Freddie and Queen Experience, a celebrated tribute to Queen and the legacy of Freddie Mercury.

Assistant Festival Manager Izaak Shuttleworth added:
“One of our key priorities is to provide a platform for some of the region’s brightest emerging talent.
"From rock, pop and indie to jazz, swing, funk and soul, this year’s line-up has been carefully curated to ensure there’s a little bit of something for everyone.”
New Free Family Attractions
Organisers have further unveiled their most vibrant, diverse entertainment programme to date.
Most prominently, the Sizzling Showdown Arena makes its debut as the event’s fourth live stage.
The arena, hosted by renowned comedian Neil Frost, brings together four hourly, free-to-play live shows that are accessible to all ticket holders:

- 15:00 The Chilli Challenge
- 16:00 Pies Down, Eyes Down Bingo with Barry Bingo
Further new family attractions include:
- Inflatable Banana Jousting - Putting balance, strength and determination to the test
- Viking Heritage Kitchen - Demonstrating authentic Viking cooking techniques and cuisines
