The first images of eight new townhouses being built on a former metal works site in Harrogate have been released.
Mulgrave Properties is transforming the derelict former Franklyn Metal Works and Wrayways site off Franklin Road into a development called Harrogate One.
Construction began earlier this year, with the first properties now on sale and the first homes expected to be ready for occupation in October 2026.
The computer-generated images show traditional stone and slate exteriors, with features including bay windows designed to reflect the surrounding Harrogate Conservation Area.
The development will comprise one two-bedroom townhouse, five three-bedroom homes and two four-bedroom properties, arranged over two-and-a-half or three storeys.
Every home will be heated by an air source heat pump instead of a gas boiler. All but one will also come with parking and an electric vehicle charging point.

The homes will be within walking distance of Harrogate’s parks, cultural venues, independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
