A Harrogate-based care at home business is looking to recruit care and wellbeing practitioners in the local community. Kings Care at Home is a small, private care and support provider in Harrogate, striving for "continuity of care" for its clients. Kings Care support families in their own homes, supporting the changing needs of ageing parents at a time that can be challenging. And their looking to hire for "special" people to join their team, with training on the job available and no experience necessary. Lisa Richardson, Owner and Registered Care Manager, said:

“Kings Care at Home is a very bespoke domiciliary care business, so we provide from one hour a week supporting people at home, right through to end of life care when we can stay 24/7 as necessary. "There is no reason why anybody cannot live until their end of their days in their own home, with the right support around them."

Kings Care provide flexible care, from 1 hour per week to 24/7. They also offer companionship and days out alongside personal care, medication support, palliative care, meal preparation and overnight stays. Lisa added:

“We’re looking for special people. People who are compassionate and genuinely interested in helping people and enabling them to live the best and most independent life they can, right until the end. "It’s one of the best jobs in the world."
