Once again Your Harrogate Radio will be here for you throughout the festive period, whether you're working, partying or relaxing.
On Christmas Eve, Alex Cann will have the most important Sleeps to Santa (one sleep to go!) at 8:10am and 9:10am.
Then we'll be replaying the School carols and songs from 10am, featuring The Forest School, Burton Leonard Primary, Knaresborough St. Johns, Moorside in Ripon and St Joseph’s in Harrogate.
At 11am, in a radio exclusive, Santa Claus (who has already revealed we are his favourite radio station in the world ever) will be here for one hour to play his selection of Christmas music and tell all the children about his plans for travelling the world to deliver all the presents.
From 12pm on Christmas Eve, David Whittle will interview Yorkshire Royalty with Yorkshire Vet Peter Wright sharing his highlights of the year and his plans for 2025 with us.
At 6pm, Pete Egerton leads the Christmas Eve Jingle where people in Harrogate ring Christmas bells on their doorsteps and the Christmas cheer travels all around the world!
Your Harrogate’s Christmas Day starts early, as Alex Cann is on the air from 8am with a special show playing Christmas classics whilst you open presents. Alex will also be saluting all those working hard across the Harrogate district.
We'll see 2024 out in style with Harrogate’s biggest party on New Years Eve with an 8 hour soundtrack of singalong classics from Jimmy’s Nightclub to the Viper Rooms!
Plus on January 2nd at 10am, Pete Egerton will be revealing the most amazing prize you can win in 2025!
