The Knaresborough Players present 2:22 - A Ghost Story by Danny Robins

The Knaresborough Players are set to thrill local audiences this autumn with one of the first amateur productions of Danny Robins’ award-winning, West End smash hit, 2:22 A Ghost Story.

Running from Wednesday 14th to Saturday 17th October 2026 at the Frazer Theatre in Knaresborough, the critically acclaimed supernatural thriller will keep audiences on the edge of their seats right up until the final, shocking climax.
Jenny believes her new home is haunted. Every night at exactly 2:22 am, she hears unsettling sounds echoing through the house. Her sceptic husband, Sam, insists there must be a rational explanation.

During a tense dinner party with old friend Lauren and her new partner Ben, belief clashes with scepticism, and secrets unravel. Together, the four decide to stay awake until 2:22 am to find out the truth once and for all.
Is the supernatural real, or is the mind playing tricks? And what really happens at 2:22?

Originally produced by Runaway Entertainment and premiered at the Noël Coward Theatre in London, this amateur production is presented by arrangement with Nick Hern Books.
