Sound Bath in Harrogate | Friends Meeting House

Join us for a deeply nurturing evening sound bath in Harrogate, held at the peaceful Friends Meeting House.

This is a beautiful opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in the uplifting tones of crystal singing bowls, reiki drumming, gongs and chimes.

Each session begins with a gentle meditation, allowing you to settle comfortably before being bathed in sound. It is a lovely way to reconnect, rebalance and create a little more space in your week.

These sessions are suitable for anyone drawn to stillness, reflection and the gentle power of sound, whether you are completely new to sound baths or already love the experience.

We’re holding this session in the calm and welcoming setting of the Friends Meeting House, creating a peaceful space to arrive, settle and simply receive.

What to bring

Please bring whatever you need to feel warm and comfortable, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, cushion, eye mask and water.

Arrival details

Doors open 20 minutes before the session begins.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time so everyone can settle comfortably into the space.

The doors will be locked at the session start time to preserve the peaceful atmosphere.
