This March RedHouse Gallery will introduce ART.; its inaugural fair dedicated to Contemporary Art. The 2026 edition celebrates some of the finest young and emerging artists working today and has a focus on creatives from Harrogate and beyond.
Harrogate’s reputation as a destination for artists to thrive and create has grown in recent years as many now live and work in the town. Schoph, Christopher Kelly, Candie Payne and Thomas James Butler are just a few names who are now local to the area.
RedHouse Gallery has previously welcomed numerous prestigious visiting artists to Harrogate including Sir Peter Blake, Jim Moir, Gered Mankowitz and Danny Larsen.
The ‘Art. Fair’, which opens for one day only on Saturday 7th March, will feature original art, prints and sculpture, with several pieces created especially for the event. Many of the exhibiting artists will attend the launch event in person, offering a unique opportunity for visitors to meet and connect with artists and art lovers alike.
Other contributors from across the region include Pete McKee (Sheffield), Florence Blanchard (Sheffield), Alfie Kungu (Hebden Bridge), Gareth Griffiths (Leeds), Dudley Edwards (Richmond), David Rusbatch (Leeds) and Siena Barnes (Haworth).
The ‘Art. Fair’ is free to attend and will be open for one day only: Saturday 7th March from 10am – 6pm.
